The Opportunity
As part of the Customer Transformation team, you will lead Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites and Assets initiatives, driving digital transformation for enterprise clients. As a Senior Manager, you will serve as a solution leader and trusted advisor, helping clients define and implement scalable AEM architectures, enhance content supply chains, and enable seamless digital experiences. This role offers the chance to innovate processes and improve delivery, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Lead initiatives for Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites and Assets
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients in defining scalable AEM architectures
- Enhance content supply chains to improve digital experiences
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive digital transformation
- Innovate processes to improve service delivery and operational productivity
- Uphold quality outcomes through effectual project management
- Foster sturdy relationships with enterprise clients to understand their needs
- Guide teams in achieving excellence in digital solutions
What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 10 years of experience in digital platforms, CMS, or DAM solutions
What Sets You Apart
- Certification(s) preferred: Adobe Experience Manager Sites Architect Master, Agile certification, Project Management certification, or Cloud certification preferred
- Leading complex CMS and DAM transformations
- Shaping and delivering AEM modernization programs
- Establishing governance and decision rights with stakeholders
- Developing cross-functional teams and business development
- Driving adoption of content supply chain practices
- Identifying and managing delivery challenges
- Leading change management and communications for platform adoption
The salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $280,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
