About the Role

We're scaling fast, and we need a Strategy & Operations Manager who thrives in complexity and moves with urgency to support our highest priority projects at Dandy.

In this role, you'll be working on Dandy’s top priorities - testing and implementing the best-in-class, ML-driven dental design engine, re-balancing global shift operations, and cutting down turnaround times 4x. You will be at the heart of our operations engine, driving the strategy and execution required to scale production at unprecedented volume and speed. This isn't just about keeping the lights on—it's about building the operational backbone for hypergrowth.

This role sits on our Design Operations team (700+ HC across 3+ continents), reporting to the Director, Global Strategy & Operations. It is focused on building infrastructure and project managing strategic initiatives that solve complex business problems spanning multiple core functions. You'll lead projects that determine how we scale operationally across a distributed footprint, and how we coordinate that scale cross-functionally—from Design to Quality to Training to Product & Engineering.

What You'll Do

Core responsibilities - lead our most impactful projects:

  • Analyze complex business problems and develop structured hypotheses to guide problem-solving

  • Coordinate with product and engineering to scope, test, and rollout new automation tools to the workforce that increase efficiency and promote high quality outcomes

  • Diagnose bottlenecks, design solutions, and lead pilots/rollouts to close gaps, helping build scalable systems, effective data reporting, and innovative workflows

Data-Driven Execution

  • Gather and interpret data from a variety of sources to drive meaningful impact that will help take Dandy to the next level

  • Create compelling stories to communicate complex data and findings effectively

Project & Workstream Management

  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans and trackers to monitor progress against milestones and deliverables

  • Own and drive specific workstreams within a larger engagement, including setting priorities, defining scope, and managing timelines

  • Proactively identify potential risks or roadblocks to project completion and develop mitigation strategies in collaboration with leadership

  • Structure complex problems into manageable phases with clear objectives and success metrics


What We're Looking For

  • 3-5+ years in consulting, operations, startups or a strategic business function (product ops experience a plus).

  • Strong program/project management skills with experience deliveringcross-functional system rollouts

  • Strong people skills - able to influence a variety of stakeholders who are experts in their field, teaching them business best practices

  • Strong communicator who can navigate multiple cultural contexts with ease

  • Self-starter with high ownership, detail orientation, and ability to drive clarity in ambiguous environments

  • Ability to prioritize resources and projects according to impact and business needs

  • Ability to build workstreams from 0 to 1 in support of new product introductions

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, engineering or similar
